GEA Brewery Systems designs and builds complete turnkey breweries to your specification. Our technologies include COMPACT-STAR™ brewhouses and various expansions such as a: basic 2-vessel ale system, upgrade with mash kettle, upgrade with holding tank, upgrade with Whirlpool and upgrade with MILLSTAR™. COMPACT-STAR™ is a line of Huppmann brewhouses with batch sizes from 40 to 100 bbl and available with 2 to 5 vessels (12 brews / day). They are offered with a high degree of automation for capacities between 50,000 and 300,000 bbl/year. GEA Brewery Systems supplies individual process units, complete brewhouses and cellars, process automation and utilities, training and consulting as well as complete turnkey plants.
The CRAFT-STAR™ is the new Huppmann brewhouse for artisan craft breweries. Available as a fully skid-mounted 30 bbl system with 2 or 3 vessels. Basic automation for capacities up to 50,000 bbl/year. No frills, just great brews.
