Depending on the equipment, the degree of capacity utilization and the convenience they want, they can choose from a range of different service modules. This toolkit of service modules ensures high plant availability and efficient processes with increased operational safety and optimized production costs.
The service concept is based on the target set by the service team at GEA Brewery Systems, to sustainably improve the service for brewery plants with intelligent solutions that provide practical support to take full advantage of the plants' potential. After many years of work with plant operators, a unique service brand was created for GEA customers: ‘Service next level’.
More than just after-sales service
‘Service next level’ stands for a new type of service for breweries. Instead of an over dimensioned all-in-one service, GEA Brewery Systems’ customers have a choice. They know their production requirements best and they can tailor their individual service level from flexible service modules. This allows modules to be adjusted to the production conditions of the equipment on site and provide reliable, cost-effective maintenance with the minimum of downtime.
To ensure high plant availability long term, customers can choose from the following modules:

24h-emergency service – any time, any place
Each service contract includes a 24-hour emergency service, which guarantees fast and efficient help - all around the world. Many problems can be solved immediately on the phone or by remote diagnosis. Otherwise, our service team is on site within few hours.
Spare parts – Reduced storage requirements, higher flexibility
Optimized spare parts management requires the classification of important wear parts according to their impact on production. This is also part of ‘Service next level’. Thanks to modern efficient spare parts logistics, the customer gets the required parts as fast as possible, saving costs for spare parts storage and lowering production costs.
